Data Deletion Instructions / Petunjuk Penghapusan Data

To delete the data Nice Indonesia Cargo holds about your conversations with us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp:

- Send the message DELETE MY DATA to our Page / @nice_cargo, or email japan@niceexpress.net with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your Facebook/Instagram name or WhatsApp number.
- We will verify the request and delete your messages, images and contact details from our systems within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Records we must keep by law (e.g. customs/invoice records of completed shipments) are kept only for the legally required period.

You can also remove our access in Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

- Kirim pesan HAPUS DATA SAYA ke Page / @nice_cargo kami, atau email ke japan@niceexpress.net dengan subjek "Permintaan Penghapusan Data" beserta nama Facebook/Instagram atau nomor WhatsApp Anda.
- Kami akan memverifikasi dan menghapus pesan, gambar, dan data kontak Anda dalam 30 hari, lalu mengonfirmasi melalui balasan. Catatan yang wajib disimpan menurut hukum hanya disimpan selama periode yang diwajibkan.
